【摘要】：正隨著人們對(duì)吸入性麻醉藥的不斷認(rèn)識(shí),其已廣泛用于外科手術(shù)麻醉。特別是近年來吸入性麻醉藥預(yù)處理(volatile anestheties preconditioning,VAPC)和后處理(volatile anestheties postconditioning,VAPO)概念的提出及其相關(guān)機(jī)制的深入研究,為中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)損傷等相關(guān)疾病的治療提供了重要的解決方法。研究表明,較低濃度的異氟醚、七氟醚等可以發(fā)
[Abstract]:With the increasing awareness of inhaled anesthetics, they have been widely used in surgical anesthesia.Especially in recent years, the concept of volatile anestheties preconditioning (vapc) and post-treatment volatile anestheties conditioning (VAPO) and its related mechanisms have been put forward, which provides an important solution for the treatment of central nervous system injury and other related diseases.The results show that low concentrations of isoflurane and sevoflurane can be produced.
