【摘要】：目的:探討對全身麻醉的手術(shù)患者行麻醉護(hù)理的效果。方法:選取40例行全身麻醉的手術(shù)患者行麻醉護(hù)理,對護(hù)理結(jié)果、患者恢復(fù)時間等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行記錄,并將記錄結(jié)果同40例行基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理的全身麻醉手術(shù)患者進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)比較。結(jié)果:兩組患者術(shù)前的各項指標(biāo)如心率、收縮壓等指標(biāo)對比,P0.05,表明差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,對兩組患者護(hù)理后的各項指標(biāo)進(jìn)行對比,其中行麻醉護(hù)理的40例患者護(hù)理前后其臨床指標(biāo)對比差異顯著,行麻醉護(hù)理的患者其在蘇醒階段抑郁煩躁的發(fā)生幾率小于基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理患者,數(shù)據(jù)對比P0.05,表明差異顯著。結(jié)論:將麻醉護(hù)理有效應(yīng)用于行全身麻醉的手術(shù)患者中,效果顯著,患者的血壓等指標(biāo)顯著降低,患者及家屬的滿意度有所提高,對于臨床研究具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of anesthetic nursing for patients undergoing general anesthesia.Methods: 40 patients undergoing general anesthesia were selected for anesthesia nursing. The nursing results and recovery time of patients were recorded and compared with 40 patients undergoing general anesthesia.Results: the indexes such as heart rate, systolic blood pressure and so on were compared between the two groups before operation (P 0.05), indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups, and the indexes after nursing were compared between the two groups.The clinical indexes of 40 patients who received anesthetic nursing were significantly different before and after nursing, and the occurrence rate of depression and irritability in anaesthesia nursing patients was lower than that of basic nursing patients, which indicated that the difference was significant (P0.05).Conclusion: the effective application of anesthetic nursing in patients undergoing general anesthesia has a significant effect, the blood pressure of the patients has been significantly reduced, and the satisfaction of the patients and their families has been improved, which is of great significance for clinical research.
