【摘要】：目的:探討羥考酮復合丙泊酚用于宮腔鏡手術麻醉的安全性和效果。方法:隨機抽取我院于2014年10月至2015年10月期間收治的并接受宮腔鏡手術的70例患者作為研究對象。遵循隨機原則、平均原則以及對照原則進行分組,分為觀察組與對照組,兩組各有35例。觀察組采用羥考酮復合丙泊酚進行麻醉,對照組采用芬太尼復合丙泊酚進行麻醉,觀察并比較兩種麻醉方式的效果。結果;與實施麻醉之前相比,兩組患者心率減慢、平均動脈壓降低,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),但組間比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);術中,觀察組患者的呼吸抑制發(fā)生率、呼吸暫停發(fā)生率分別為11.43%、2.86%,對照組患者的呼吸抑制發(fā)生率、呼吸暫停發(fā)生率分別為37.14%、17.14%,觀察組明顯低于對照紐,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);術后,觀察組患者的宮縮痛鎮(zhèn)痛效果明顯優(yōu)于對照組;術后,研究組的并發(fā)癥(主要是惡心嘔吐)發(fā)生率為8.57%,對照組為11.43%,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:為接受宮腔鏡手術的患者應用羥考酮復合丙泊酚進行麻醉,術中呼吸抑制輕、鎮(zhèn)痛效果好,且術后還可以起到良好的宮縮痛鎮(zhèn)痛效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the safety and effect of hydroxycodone combined with propofol in hysteroscopic anesthesia.Methods: 70 patients undergoing hysteroscopy were randomly selected from October 2014 to October 2015.According to random principle, average principle and control principle, they were divided into observation group and control group with 35 cases in each group.The observation group was anesthetized with hydroxycodone and propofol, while the control group was anesthetized with fentanyl and propofol.Results: compared with before anesthesia, the heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the two groups were decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05).The incidence of apnea in the control group was 37.14% and 17.14%, respectively, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05).The incidence of complications (mainly nausea and vomiting) was 8.57 in the study group and 11.43in the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05).Conclusion: for the patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery with hydroxycodone combined with propofol for anaesthesia, the effect of intraoperative respiratory inhibition is light, the analgesia effect is good, and the analgesic effect of uterine contraction pain can be improved after operation.
