【摘要】：目的:分析氯胺酮對小兒手術(shù)圍麻醉期的麻醉效果及其護理要點。方法:選取2013年1月—2015年1月間采用氯胺酮靜脈麻醉手術(shù)患兒74例,將其隨機分為觀察組與對照組,每組37例;對照組患者手術(shù)圍麻醉期均給予常規(guī)麻醉護理治療,觀察組患者手術(shù)圍麻醉期在對照組護理的基礎(chǔ)上給予人性化護理治療,比較兩組患者手術(shù)圍術(shù)期麻醉安靜入睡時間和不良事件的發(fā)生率。結(jié)果:觀察組患者手術(shù)圍麻醉期安靜入睡時間為(3.29±0.78)min,明顯短于對照組為(5.89±1.35)min(P0.05);不良事件的發(fā)生率為2.70%明顯低于對照組為21.62%(P0.05)。結(jié)論:小兒手術(shù)圍麻醉期采用氯胺酮靜脈麻醉并給予個性化護理,可減少不良事件的發(fā)生率,提高了手術(shù)圍麻醉期麻醉質(zhì)量,保證了手術(shù)的安全性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the anesthetic effect of ketamine on perioperative anesthesia in children and its nursing points.Methods: from January 2013 to January 2015, 74 children undergoing ketamine intravenous anesthesia were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 37 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with humanized nursing on the basis of the nursing in the control group during the perioperative anesthesia period, and the time of quiet sleep and the incidence of adverse events during the perioperative anesthesia were compared between the two groups.Results: the rest sleep time of the patients in the observation group was 3.29 鹵0.78 minutes, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group (5.89 鹵1.35 min, P 0.05), and the incidence of adverse events was 2.70% lower than that in the control group (21.62 min, P 0.05).Conclusion: ketamine intravenous anesthesia and individualized nursing care during perioperative anesthesia can reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve the quality of perioperative anesthesia and ensure the safety of operation.
