【摘要】：報(bào)告1例臀部巨大表皮囊腫�；颊吣�,61歲。右側(cè)臀部腫塊逐漸增大30年余。皮膚科檢查:右臀部可及一腫塊,半球形,約12 cm×10 cm,表面色素沉著,質(zhì)地較軟,皮溫正常,無(wú)潰瘍及滲出,壓痛(-)。皮損組織病理檢查:臀部表皮囊腫,可見囊壁為表皮樣上皮,伴有顆粒層及吞噬角化物的多核巨細(xì)胞反應(yīng),周圍間質(zhì)內(nèi)散在慢性炎癥細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn)及含鐵血黃素沉積。診斷:臀部表皮囊腫�；颊咴谶B續(xù)硬膜外麻醉下行右側(cè)臀部腫塊切除術(shù),術(shù)后恢復(fù)良好。
[Abstract]:A case of giant epidermal cyst of the buttocks was reported.The patient was 61 years old.The right hip mass gradually enlarged for more than 30 years.Dermatology examination: right buttocks can reach a mass, hemispherical shape, about 12 cm 脳 10 cm, surface pigmentation, soft texture, normal skin temperature, no ulcer and exudation, tenderness.Histopathological examination of skin lesions showed epidermoid cysts in the buttocks, with granular layer and multinucleated giant cell reaction, chronic inflammatory cell infiltration and hemosiderin deposition.Diagnosis: epidermal cyst of buttocks.The patient underwent right buttocks mass resection under continuous epidural anesthesia and recovered well after operation.
