【摘要】：目的：探討299例舌下腺囊腫(Plunging ranula)患者住院費(fèi)用的特點(diǎn)及影響因素。研究舌下腺囊腫病人住院費(fèi)用差異的影響因素,為降低患者醫(yī)療費(fèi)用負(fù)擔(dān)及控制醫(yī)療費(fèi)用增長尋找有效的方法。方法：對(duì)收集的患者的一般資料(2006-2013年新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)人民醫(yī)院和新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院頜面外科收治的舌下腺囊腫住院病人)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)描述,并應(yīng)用方差分析和多元線性回歸對(duì)費(fèi)用差異影響因素進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果：共獲得299份病例,其中從維吾爾自治區(qū)人民醫(yī)院收集98例,從新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院收集201例。299分病例分析提示三組年齡組間青壯年(20-49歲)組患者人數(shù)最多,且女性明顯多于男性。299份病歷次均住院費(fèi)用6808.82元、中位數(shù)6575.43元,最高35163元、最低1563.92元；藥品費(fèi)比例最高(39.46%),治療費(fèi)其次(31.62%)。多因素分析結(jié)果顯示不同費(fèi)別、麻醉方式、床費(fèi)、西藥費(fèi)、檢查(含放射費(fèi)、化驗(yàn)費(fèi)、檢查費(fèi))費(fèi)、治療費(fèi)、手術(shù)費(fèi)、麻醉費(fèi)及其他(含配床費(fèi)和其他費(fèi)用)費(fèi)為影響住院費(fèi)用差異因素。結(jié)論：單病種住院費(fèi)用影響因素當(dāng)中藥品費(fèi)用占總住院費(fèi)用的比例顯著,控制單病種費(fèi)用方法之一為單病種限價(jià),也是為有效手段之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the characteristics and influencing factors of hospital expenses in 299 patients with sublingual gland cysts.To study the factors influencing the difference of hospitalization expenses in patients with sublingual gland cyst and to find an effective way to reduce the burden of medical expenses and control the increase of medical costs.Methods: the general data of the patients collected from 2006 to 2013 were analyzed. The patients with sublingual gland cyst admitted in maxillofacial surgery of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region people's Hospital and the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from 2006 to 2013 were statistically described.Variance analysis and multivariate linear regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of cost difference.Results: totally 299 cases were obtained, of which 98 cases were collected from the people's Hospital of Uygur Autonomous region and 201 cases were collected from the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.The average hospitalization expenses of female patients were 6808.82 yuan, median 6575.43 yuan, maximum 35163 yuan, lowest 1563.92 yuan, the proportion of drug cost was 39.46%, the treatment cost was 31.62%.The results of multivariate analysis showed that different costs, anaesthesia, bed expenses, western medicine, examination (including radiation, laboratory test, examination), treatment, operation,Anaesthesia and other (including bed and other costs) fees are factors affecting the variance of hospitalization costs.Conclusion: the proportion of drug cost to total hospitalization cost is significant among the factors affecting the cost of single disease. One of the methods to control the cost of single disease is to limit the price of single disease and is also one of the effective methods.
