【摘要】：正1病例資料患者,男,63歲,體檢發(fā)現(xiàn)甲狀腺占位入院。甲狀腺超聲示甲狀腺雙葉多個低回聲團,邊界模糊,邊緣不規(guī)整,呈毛刺狀,甲狀腺右葉后方見低回聲,大小約3.1cm×2.4cm,邊界清,形態(tài)不規(guī)整,與甲狀腺界限欠清,雙頸部Ⅱ~Ⅴ區(qū)淋巴結(jié)腫大,診斷甲狀腺雙葉實性占位,甲狀腺右葉后方異�；芈�,雙側(cè)淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移。入院后第3天全身麻醉下行雙頸部淋巴結(jié)探查加雙甲狀腺切除術(shù)。術(shù)中探查左Ⅲ區(qū),右Ⅳ區(qū)淋巴結(jié)一枚,送檢快速冷凍。探查雙
[Abstract]:One case, male 63 years old, was found to have thyroid mass in hospital.Thyroid ultrasound showed multiple hypoechoic masses in the two lobes of the thyroid gland, with fuzzy boundary, irregular margin, and hairy shape.
