【摘要】：為觀察黃淮白山羊蹄部的解剖及組織結(jié)構(gòu)特征,應(yīng)用大體解剖學(xué)及組織學(xué)研究方法,將10只成年黃淮白山羊麻醉后處死,取其中2只的蹄供解剖學(xué)觀察,另外8只分別取蹄底、蹄壁和蹄球部組織,經(jīng)4%多聚甲醛固定,軟化液軟化后脫水、透明、浸蠟及包埋后切片,通過HE、Weigert-VG和Sacpic染色,顯微觀察并攝影。結(jié)果,黃淮白山羊蹄匣包括蹄緣、蹄冠、蹄壁、蹄底和蹄球等結(jié)構(gòu);蹄底、蹄壁主要包括角質(zhì)層、透明層、顆粒層、棘細(xì)胞層、乳頭層和網(wǎng)狀層結(jié)構(gòu),但蹄底無透明層,蹄底皮下組織中含豐富的動(dòng)靜脈吻合,蹄壁角質(zhì)小葉和真皮小葉交替嵌合結(jié)構(gòu)明顯,可使蹄匣與肉蹄牢固的結(jié)合在一起。蹄球中含豐富的脂肪組織和彈性纖維,此結(jié)構(gòu)特征是分散蹄部承受外力的結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)。上述研究結(jié)果為進(jìn)一步研究黃淮白山羊蹄部的組織學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)提供了形態(tài)學(xué)資料。
[Abstract]:The tissue of the hoof wall and hoof was fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde, the softened solution was dehydrated, transparent, soaked in wax and embedded sections, stained by Weigert-VG and Sacpic, observed microscopically and photographed.The results showed that the hoofbox of Huang-Huai Mountain includes the structure of hoof edge, hoof, hoof, hoof, hoof, hoof, hoof, hoof, and hoof, while hoof, hoof wall mainly includes cuticular layer, transparent layer, granular layer, spinous cell layer, papillary layer and reticular layer structure, but there is no transparent layer in hoof bottom.There is abundant arteriovenous anastomosis in the subcutaneous tissue of the sole of the hoof, and the alternative chimeric structure between the horny lobule and the dermis lobule of the hoof wall can make the hoof and the hoof firmly bound together.The hoof is rich in fat tissue and elastic fiber.These results provide morphological data for the further study of the histological structure of the Arthropodes angustifolia in Huang-Huai Mountain.
