【摘要】：聽骨鏈成形術(shù)適用于聽骨鏈中斷,鐙骨成形術(shù)適用于耳硬化癥。實(shí)施聽骨鏈成形術(shù)時(shí)House與Fisch在選用人工聽小骨與自體砧骨等方面各有標(biāo)準(zhǔn);實(shí)施鐙骨成形術(shù)時(shí)House與Fisch在麻醉方式、是否作外耳道口切口、制作外耳道皮瓣、鼓室暴露范圍、鐙骨足板開窗步驟順序、足板開窗大小等均有差異。
[Abstract]:Ossicular chain plasty is suitable for ossicular chain interruption and stapes stapes plasty for ear sclerosis. House and Fisch have different standards in the selection of artificial auditory ossicles and autologous incus when performing ossicular chain angioplasty. There were differences between House and Fisch in anaesthesia, incision of external auditory meatus, making flap of external auditory canal, exposure range of tympanum, sequence of stapes footplate fenestration, and size of stapedial fenestration during stapedioplasty.
