【摘要】：目的:探討老年全麻患者體溫變化對麻醉后蘇醒及拔管時間的影響分析。方法:選擇我院行全麻手術(shù)的老年患者60例為研究對象,隨機(jī)分為對照組和觀察組,每組30例,對照組全麻后行常規(guī)手術(shù)處理,觀察組全麻后,術(shù)中采取保暖措施,觀察并記錄兩組患者腋下體溫,術(shù)后蘇醒時間以及拔管時間。結(jié)果:對照組的平局腋下體溫為35.0℃,蘇醒時間(75±9.5)min,拔管時間(35±5.6)min,觀察組分別為36.5℃、(46±6.3)min、(15±3.2)min。結(jié)論:老年患者無論從手術(shù)角度或麻醉方面均存在極大風(fēng)險,手術(shù)中藥評判各種誘因,降低風(fēng)險,選擇正確的麻醉方式和用藥控制,充分做好術(shù)前評估,術(shù)中麻醉管理,使老年患者可以在很大程度上安全地完成手術(shù),順利康復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of body temperature change on the recovery and extubation time after anesthesia in elderly patients with general anesthesia.
