【摘要】：變化發(fā)展的觀點(diǎn)是唯物辯證法的一個(gè)原理。結(jié)合并運(yùn)用該原理指導(dǎo)臨床麻醉工作,要求麻醉醫(yī)師在實(shí)際中將患者的生理及病理生理變化過程如實(shí)地看成一個(gè)變化發(fā)展的過程,準(zhǔn)確把握患者在麻醉過程中所處的階段和地位,從而達(dá)到更有效、舒適、安全的麻醉效果,同時(shí)有利于我們臨床麻醉科研創(chuàng)新思維的成長(zhǎng)。因此,靈活運(yùn)用馬克思主義辯證法變化發(fā)展的原理來(lái)認(rèn)識(shí)、分析臨床麻醉過程中患者的狀況及解決出現(xiàn)的問題,指導(dǎo)臨床麻醉及科研工作,使臨床麻醉得到更進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展,是一個(gè)科學(xué)的好方法。
[Abstract]:The viewpoint of change and development is a principle of materialist dialectics. The combination and application of this principle to guide the clinical anaesthesia requires the anesthesiologist to regard the patient's physiological and pathophysiological changes as a process of change and development truthfully in practice. Accurately grasp the stage and position of patients in the process of anesthesia, so as to achieve a more effective, comfortable and safe anesthetic effect, and at the same time is conducive to the growth of innovative thinking in clinical anesthetic research. Flexible use of Marxist dialectic development principle to understand, analyze the situation of patients in the course of clinical anesthesia and solve the problems, guide clinical anesthesia and scientific research, so that clinical anesthesia has been further developed. Is a good scientific method.
