【摘要】：目的分析老年患者在咽部局麻加靜脈麻醉無痛胃鏡檢查的不良反應(yīng)與臨床指標(biāo)。方法選取2015年4月~2016年2月來我院消化內(nèi)科就診并接受胃鏡檢查的老年患者132例作為本次實驗的研究對象,根據(jù)自愿以及隨機的原則,將其分為研究組與對照組,各66例,對照組患者采取常規(guī)的胃鏡進(jìn)行檢查,研究組則為患者提供無痛胃鏡進(jìn)行檢查,對兩組患者的臨床指標(biāo)以及不良反應(yīng)進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果檢查期間,研究組MAP以及HR指標(biāo)明顯優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。通過比較后得知,研究組惡心、嗆咳以及躁動的發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論老年患者在咽部局麻加靜脈麻醉無痛胃鏡檢查的安全性較高,值得臨床推廣與應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the adverse reactions and clinical indicators of painless pharynx local anesthesia and intravenous anesthesia in elderly patients. Methods 132 cases of elderly patients who had been admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to February 2016 and received gastroscopy were selected. As the object of this experiment, According to the principle of voluntary and random, they were divided into two groups: the study group and the control group, 66 cases each. The patients in the control group were examined by routine gastroscopy, while the patients in the study group were examined with painless gastroscopy. The clinical indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results during the period of examination, the MAP and HR indexes in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The incidence of choking cough and restlessness was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the safety of the elderly patients with local anesthesia and intravenous anesthesia in painless gastroscopy is higher, and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
