【摘要】：目的探討對高齡患者髖部骨科手術(shù)進(jìn)行麻醉的最佳方法。方法將本院接收診治的72例患者進(jìn)行分組,對照組進(jìn)行連續(xù)硬膜外阻滯麻醉,研究組進(jìn)行全身麻醉,對比分析兩組患者麻醉效果。結(jié)果研究組麻醉效果顯著34例,麻醉效果一般2例;對照組患者麻醉效果顯著27例,麻醉效果一般8例,麻醉效果差1例。結(jié)論對高齡患者進(jìn)行髖部骨科手術(shù)的危險性極高,因患者在手術(shù)過程中出現(xiàn)大量失血,手術(shù)對患者造成很大創(chuàng)傷,引起多種并發(fā)癥,進(jìn)行麻醉處理的方式要求特別嚴(yán)格,得當(dāng)?shù)穆樽矸椒軌虮ＷC高齡患者髖部骨科手術(shù)的順利進(jìn)行,降低手術(shù)中與手術(shù)后的并發(fā)癥出現(xiàn)幾率。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the best method of anesthesia for hip orthopedic surgery in elderly patients. Methods 72 patients received treatment in our hospital were divided into three groups: the control group received continuous epidural block anesthesia and the study group received general anesthesia. Results the anaesthesia effect was significant in 34 cases in the study group and in 2 cases in the control group, while in the control group, the anesthetic effect was remarkable in 27 cases and in 8 cases in the control group. Conclusion the risk of hip orthopedic surgery in elderly patients is very high. The method of anesthesia management is especially strict. Proper anesthesia method can ensure the smooth progress of hip orthopedic surgery in elderly patients and reduce the incidence of complications during and after operation.
