【摘要】：目的:應(yīng)用消銀湯和穴位埋線序貫療法進(jìn)行中醫(yī)藥治療尋常型血熱證銀屑病，以期延長(zhǎng)緩解期時(shí)間，防止和減少?gòu)?fù)發(fā)，降低醫(yī)療成本，提高患者生活質(zhì)量。 方法：按病例納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)選擇進(jìn)行期血熱證的患者95例服用消銀湯，進(jìn)入緩解期患者按照1：1的比例隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組。治療組應(yīng)用穴位埋線序貫療法繼續(xù)治療，在局部麻醉下行穴位埋線一次；對(duì)照組不予任何干預(yù)措施。兩組每個(gè)月電話隨訪1次，每2個(gè)月醫(yī)患見1次面，為期半年。觀察并記錄兩組復(fù)發(fā)率，緩解期持續(xù)時(shí)間以及兩組病情PASI積分。 結(jié)果：治療觀察6個(gè)月結(jié)束時(shí)，復(fù)發(fā)率比較：治療組32例，2例復(fù)發(fā)30例未復(fù)發(fā)，復(fù)發(fā)率為6.3%；對(duì)照組30例，復(fù)發(fā)9例，21例未復(fù)發(fā)，復(fù)發(fā)率為30%；有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P 0.05），治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。緩解期維持時(shí)間：治療組（x±s）5.880.55個(gè)月,對(duì)照組（x±s）5.361.25個(gè)月，有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05），治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。病情程度方面（PASI積分）：治療組治療前PASI積分(x±s）為2.790.76，治療后（x±s）為2.700.57，無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）；對(duì)照組治療前PASI積分（x±s）為3.371.42，治療后（x±s）為4.321.68，有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）。表明治療組6個(gè)月結(jié)束時(shí)總體無(wú)加重趨勢(shì)，對(duì)照組有加重趨勢(shì)。 結(jié)論：應(yīng)用消銀湯和穴位埋線序貫療法治療尋常型銀屑病能有效降低緩解期復(fù)發(fā)率，緩解復(fù)發(fā)后皮損嚴(yán)重程度，延長(zhǎng)了復(fù)發(fā)期間隔時(shí)間，，降低了緩解期時(shí)維持進(jìn)行期治療的經(jīng)濟(jì)成本，有效維持緩解期病情。
[Abstract]:Objective: to treat psoriasis vulgaris with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) with Xiaoyin decoction and acupoint catgut embedding in order to prolong the time of remission, prevent and reduce recurrence, reduce medical cost and improve the quality of life of patients. Methods: 95 patients with blood heat syndrome were divided into treatment group and control group according to the proportion of 1:1 in the remission period. The treatment group was treated with sequential therapy of catgut embedding at acupoint, and the treatment group was treated with sequential therapy of catgut embedding at acupoint. The patients in the two groups were followed up by telephone once a month, the doctors and patients were seen once every 2 months for half a year. The recurrence rates of the two groups were observed and recorded. Duration of remission and PASI score of two groups. Results: at the end of 6 months after treatment, the recurrence rate was compared: 32 cases in the treatment group with recurrence in 2 cases, 30 cases in the treatment group, 30 cases in the control group, 9 cases in the control group, and 21 cases in the control group. The recurrence rate was 30% (P 0.05), the treatment group was superior to the control group. The duration of remission period was 5.880.55months in the treatment group and 5.361.25 months in the control group. The scores of PASI before treatment and after treatment in treatment group were 2.790.76 and 2.700.57 respectively, which had no statistical significance (P 0.05), and PASI scores before treatment and after treatment were 3.371.42and 4.321.68, respectively. Statistical significance (P0.05) showed that there was no trend of aggravation at the end of 6 months in the treatment group. The control group had the tendency of aggravation. Conclusion: the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with Xiaoyin decoction and sequential therapy of catgut embedding at acupoint can effectively reduce the relapse rate, alleviate the severity of skin lesion after recurrence, and prolong the interval time of recurrence. It reduces the economic cost of maintaining the treatment during the remission period, and effectively maintains the condition during the remission period.
