【摘要】：正甲狀腺切除術(shù)為普外科常見手術(shù),但是手術(shù)和麻醉對(duì)患者是一種不良刺激,易引起患者焦慮、緊張等不良情緒,所以針對(duì)甲狀腺手術(shù)患者給予有效的護(hù)理干預(yù)顯得十分重要。本課題采用前瞻性病例對(duì)照研究,探討優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理在甲狀腺手術(shù)患者護(hù)理中的效果,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。1材料與方法1.1一般資料選擇2011年6月-2013年6月期間因甲狀腺疾患在我院外科行甲狀腺切除術(shù)的患者共80例,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表隨機(jī)分為兩組,各40例。對(duì)照組
[Abstract]:Positive thyroidectomy is a common operation in general surgery, but surgery and anaesthesia are a bad stimulus to patients, which can easily cause anxiety, tension and other adverse emotions. Therefore, it is very important to give effective nursing intervention to the patients undergoing thyroid surgery. This paper uses a prospective case-control study to explore the effect of quality nursing in the nursing care of patients undergoing thyroid surgery.
