【摘要】：正瓣胃阻塞又稱"瓣胃秘結(jié)";是由于前胃運(yùn)動(dòng)神經(jīng)機(jī)能障礙及興奮性降低,而導(dǎo)致瓣胃收縮力量減弱,使瓣胃內(nèi)容物不能運(yùn)送到真胃,水分被吸干而引起的一種阻塞性疾病。本病是在前胃遲緩的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)生發(fā)展的。由于前胃遲緩,瓣胃收縮力降低,內(nèi)容物停滯,因而過度緊張,致使瓣胃受到機(jī)械性刺激和壓迫,并因內(nèi)容物腐解形成大量有毒物質(zhì),引起瓣胃壁發(fā)炎和壞死,神經(jīng)肌肉裝置受到破壞,胃壁平滑肌陷于麻醉(肌原性瓣胃遲緩),
