【摘要】：目的:觀(guān)察地佐辛復(fù)合丙泊酚用于股骨頭壞死關(guān)節(jié)囊針刀松解術(shù)的鎮(zhèn)痛鎮(zhèn)靜效果及不良反應(yīng)。方法:120例擇期行股骨頭壞死關(guān)節(jié)囊針刀松解術(shù)的患者用數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為2組:觀(guān)察組給予地佐辛聯(lián)合丙泊酚進(jìn)行靜脈麻醉(D組);對(duì)照組給予芬太尼聯(lián)合丙泊酚進(jìn)行靜脈麻醉(F組)。記錄2組術(shù)中生命體征、鎮(zhèn)痛效果、丙泊酚用量、麻醉恢復(fù)時(shí)間、呼吸抑制及惡心、嘔吐的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:2組鎮(zhèn)痛效果優(yōu)良率均為100%,循環(huán)均較穩(wěn)定,D組呼吸抑制和惡心嘔吐發(fā)生率均明顯低于F組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。D組麻醉恢復(fù)時(shí)間明顯短于F組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:地佐辛復(fù)合丙泊酚用于股骨頭壞死關(guān)節(jié)囊針刀松解術(shù)具有血流動(dòng)力學(xué)較平穩(wěn)、鎮(zhèn)痛效果確切、蘇醒迅速、麻醉期間呼吸抑制和惡心嘔吐發(fā)生率低等優(yōu)點(diǎn),值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the analgesic and sedative effects and adverse reactions of dizosin combined with propofol in the treatment of femoral head necrotic joint saccade loosening. Methods: 120 patients with femoral head necrosis were treated with digital table with digital table. The machine was divided into two groups: the observation group was given dizosin combined with propofol for intravenous anesthesia, and the control group was given fentanyl combined with propofol for intravenous anesthesia. Results the effective rate of analgesia, the dosage of propofol, the recovery time of anesthesia, the occurrence of respiratory inhibition, nausea and vomiting were 100, and the incidence of respiratory inhibition and nausea and vomiting in group D were significantly lower than those in group F. The recovery time of anesthesia in group D was significantly shorter than that in group F, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: dizosin combined with propofol has stable hemodynamics and good analgesic effect in the treatment of necrotic joint of femoral head. Rapid recovery, low incidence of respiratory depression and nausea and vomiting during anesthesia are worthy of clinical application.
