【摘要】：目的:探討瑞芬太尼復(fù)合異丙酚在小兒手術(shù)麻醉中的臨床應(yīng)用效果。方法:將我院2014~2015年收治的68例手術(shù)患兒隨機(jī)分為瑞芬太尼復(fù)合異丙酚麻醉組(觀察組)和氯胺酮復(fù)合異丙酚麻醉組(對(duì)照組),每組34例,觀察兩組麻醉效果,觀察不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:觀察組患兒呼吸恢復(fù)、睜眼及拔管時(shí)間均少于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。觀察組患兒麻醉效果優(yōu)良率顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。觀察組的不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為2.9%,顯著低于對(duì)照組的20.6%,組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:瑞芬太尼復(fù)合異丙酚麻醉應(yīng)用于小兒手術(shù)麻醉效果確切,術(shù)后恢復(fù)快,不良反應(yīng)少,具有安全有效的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of remifentanil combined with propofol in pediatric anesthesia. Methods: 68 cases of children undergoing remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia were randomly divided into remifentanil combined propofol anesthesia group and chlorine group. Amidone combined with propofol anesthesia group (control group, 34 cases, each group), Observe the effect of anesthesia, observe the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups. Results: the respiratory recovery of the children in the observation group, The time of eye opening and extubation was less than that of the control group (P 0.05). The excellent and good rate of anesthesia effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.9, which was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia is effective in pediatric surgery. The postoperative recovery is fast, the adverse reaction is few, has the safe and effective superiority.
