【摘要】：目的:分析JCI標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院(以下簡稱"我院")麻醉藥品使用情況,為臨床合理用藥提供參考依據(jù)。方法:對我院2014-2015年使用的麻醉藥品進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)、匯總,采用用藥頻度(DDDs)、日均費(fèi)用(DDC)及購藥金額排序(B)與DDDs排序(A)的排序比(B/A)為指標(biāo)對用藥情況進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:JCI認(rèn)證后我院麻醉藥品用量和銷售金額呈現(xiàn)增長趨勢;0.5 mg枸櫞酸芬太尼注射液DDDs兩年均占據(jù)首位;舒芬太尼注射液、注射用瑞芬太尼、羥考酮緩釋片、芬太尼透皮貼劑DDDs較JCI前均有不同程度的增加;0.5 mg枸櫞酸芬太尼注射液排序比為3,具有良好的藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)。結(jié)論:JCI標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下我院麻醉藥品使用基本合理,但仍需嚴(yán)格管控,使之更加安全、有效地應(yīng)用于臨床。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the use of narcotic drugs in the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University (hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") under the JCI standard, and to provide a reference for the rational use of drugs in clinic. The drug usage was analyzed by using the order ratio of DDDsC, daily average cost, sum of money purchased and DDDs sequencing A). Results the dosage and sales amount of narcotic drugs in our hospital showed an increasing trend of 0.5 mg after the certification of the President JCI. Fentanyl citrate injection DDDs occupied the first place in two years. Sufentanil injection, remifentanil for injection, hydroxycodone sustained release tablets, The sequence ratio of fentanyl transdermal patch DDDs was 3, which was better than that before JCI. Conclusion the use of narcotic drugs in our hospital under the standard of DDDs is reasonable, but it still needs to be strictly controlled. To make it more safe and effective in clinical application.
