大鼠子宮角瘺管模型的建立

【摘要】:目的探討在大鼠子宮角安置瘺管導管的可行性。方法對大鼠進行麻醉后,在近子宮體端子宮角放置瘺管導管,并進行組織病理學和妊娠功能的研究。結果大鼠子宮內(nèi)膜厚度瘺管模型組內(nèi)瘺管留置側子宮角(497.68±81.64)μm與對照組(537.90±77.29)μm和瘺管模型組內(nèi)對側子宮角(503.56±76.34)μm相比差異不顯著(P0.05);大鼠胚胎植入數(shù)量瘺管模型組(9.67±1.95)個與對照組(12.15±2.06)個相比顯著減少(P0.05);瘺管模型組內(nèi)瘺管側子宮角(5.83±3.54)個與對側子宮角(6.17±3.67)個相比差異不顯著(P0.05)。結論子宮角瘺管導管模型對大鼠子宮組織結構影響較小,能夠滿足向子宮腔內(nèi)長期注射病原微生物或者化學藥物等的試驗要求。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility of fistula catheter placement in the uterine horn of rats. Methods after anaesthesia, fistula catheter was placed in the proximal uterine horn of the rat. The histopathology and pregnancy function were also studied. Results there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness fistula model group (497.68 鹵81.64) 渭 m compared with the control group (537.90 鹵77.29) 渭 m and the contralateral uterine horn (503.56 鹵76.34) 渭 m in the fistula model group. The number of Fistula in the Fistula Model Group (9.67 鹵1.95) was significantly lower than that in the control group (12.15 鹵2.06), while there was no significant difference between the Fistula Model Group and the contralateral uterine horn group (5.83 鹵3.54) and the contralateral uterine horn (6.17 鹵3.67). The influence of uterine tissue structure is small, It can meet the requirements of long-term injection of pathogenic microorganisms or chemical drugs into uterine cavity.
