【摘要】：目的:對比觀察七氟醚麻醉誘導(dǎo)與氯胺酮麻醉誘導(dǎo)在患兒全身麻醉中的效果。方法:對2012年12月-2015年12月筆者所在醫(yī)院收治的80例手術(shù)治療的患兒進(jìn)行觀察,根據(jù)不同麻醉方案將患兒平均分為觀察組和對照組。觀察組40例患兒采用七氟醚麻醉誘導(dǎo),對照組40例患兒采用氯胺酮麻醉誘導(dǎo),觀察麻醉前后患兒的心率、平均動脈壓變化情況以及蘇醒時間、恢復(fù)自主呼吸時間、麻醉誘導(dǎo)時間、麻醉蘇醒后不良反應(yīng)情況。結(jié)果:觀察組患兒麻醉前后不同時間心率和平均動脈壓比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),對照組患兒麻醉前后不同時間心率和平均動脈壓比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組患兒的麻醉誘導(dǎo)時間、蘇醒時間、恢復(fù)自主呼吸時間均優(yōu)于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組患兒蘇醒后不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:七氟醚麻醉誘導(dǎo)對患兒全身麻醉的麻醉效果明顯,對患兒的心率、動脈壓影響較小,且不良反應(yīng)少,麻醉效果明顯優(yōu)于氯胺酮。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the effects of sevoflurane anesthesia induction and ketamine anesthesia induction in children with general anesthesia. According to different anesthetic schemes, the children were divided into observation group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40), which were induced by sevoflurane (n = 40) and ketamine (n = 40). Mean arterial pressure, recovery time, recovery time, anesthesia induction time, Results: there was no significant difference in heart rate and mean arterial pressure at different time before and after anesthesia in the observation group, but there was no significant difference in the heart rate and mean arterial pressure before and after anesthesia in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the induction time of anesthesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The recovery time and recovery time of spontaneous respiration in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion: sevoflurane anesthesia is more effective than ketamine in general anesthesia, and has little effect on heart rate and arterial pressure.
