【摘要】：正患者,女,76歲,74kg,因"左膝關(guān)節(jié)痛"入院,診斷為左膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎,擬在椎管內(nèi)麻醉下行左側(cè)人工膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)。術(shù)前檢查示:ECG示心房纖顫,心室率99次/分;心臟彩超示EF 55%,主動(dòng)脈鈣化伴少量反流(退行性心瓣膜病),二尖瓣中等量反流,三尖瓣少量反流,心房纖顫,左室舒張功能降低,整體收縮功能正常;下肢血管彩超檢查正常。
[Abstract]:The patient, female, 76 years old and 74 kg, was admitted to hospital because of "left knee joint pain" and was diagnosed as osteoarthritis of left knee. The left artificial knee arthroplasty was planned to be performed under intraspinal anesthesia. The preoperative examination showed atrial fibrillation and ventricular rate 99 times per minute. Echocardiography showed EF 55, aortic calcification with a small amount of regurgitation (degenerative valvular disease, middle mitral regurgitation, tricuspid regurgitation, atrial fibrillation, decreased left ventricular diastolic function, normal global systolic function, and lower extremity vascular color Doppler ultrasonography).
