【摘要】：正氟比洛芬酯與丙泊酚聯(lián)合應(yīng)用的方法,在無(wú)痛門診短小手術(shù)的麻醉中常常被應(yīng)用;但是在老年人開(kāi)胸手術(shù)的麻醉蘇醒過(guò)程中的應(yīng)用卻鮮有報(bào)道。針對(duì)老年人由于臟器功能的衰退,對(duì)藥物的耐受性和清除率都有所降低等特點(diǎn),本研究皆在探尋一種使老年開(kāi)胸手術(shù)的患者蘇醒平穩(wěn)、無(wú)痛、迅速甚至舒適的方法。1資料與方法 1.1一般資料選擇本院擇期行開(kāi)胸手術(shù)的患者60例,男38例,女22例,ASA分級(jí)Ⅱ-Ⅲ級(jí),年齡
[Abstract]:The combination of n-flurbiprofen ester and propofol is often used in the anaesthesia of painless outpatient short operation. However, there are few reports on the application of anesthesia and recovery in the elderly patients undergoing thoracotomy. In view of the decline in organ function, the tolerance and clearance rate of drugs are reduced in the elderly.
