【摘要】：正肌肉萎縮性脊髓側(cè)索硬化癥(amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,ALS)俗稱"漸凍人癥",是主要侵犯上、下兩級運動神經(jīng)元的慢性進行性變性疾病。ALS患者在發(fā)病過程中出現(xiàn)漸進性的吞咽無力和呼吸困難,嚴重影響患者的生存質(zhì)量。為解決進食問題、延長生命,常行經(jīng)皮內(nèi)鏡下胃造瘺術(shù)(percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy,PEG)。近年我院為11
[Abstract]:Positive muscular atrophic lateral sclerosis of spinal cord (ALS), commonly known as "frozen human disease", is a chronic progressive degeneration of the upper and lower two-stage motor neurons. Patients with ALS develop progressive dysphagia and dyspnea during the course of the disease. In order to solve the problem of eating food and prolong life, percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy gastrostomy (PEGG) is often performed under percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy. In recent years, it is 11% in our hospital.
