【摘要】：正妊娠合并急性胰腺炎非常少見(jiàn),多發(fā)生于孕晚期,一旦發(fā)生,病情急,進(jìn)展快,并發(fā)癥多,常危及孕婦和胎兒的生命安全。目前多采取內(nèi)科保守治療,但治療效果不佳時(shí),應(yīng)及時(shí)終止妊娠。本文回顧我院11例妊娠晚期合并急性胰腺炎行剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)婦的麻醉處理,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。資料與方法一般資料我院2006~2013年妊娠晚期合并急性胰腺炎行剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)婦11例,均為急診手術(shù),其中雙胎2例,死胎1例,年齡21~38歲,孕34~39周,ASAⅡ~Ⅳ級(jí)。臨床癥
