【摘要】：目的分析全身麻醉中右美托咪定的臨床應(yīng)用效果。方法選擇2013年1月至2014年12月我院收治的70例行全身麻醉患者為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)患者一般資料隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組與觀察組。對(duì)照組患者應(yīng)用常規(guī)麻醉治療,觀察組患者應(yīng)用右美托咪定麻醉治療,比較兩組患者的臨床應(yīng)用效果。結(jié)果觀察組患者的平均動(dòng)脈壓和術(shù)后睜眼時(shí)間等均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,觀察組術(shù)后麻醉恢復(fù)期發(fā)生寒顫概率小于對(duì)照組,觀察組臨床效果高于對(duì)照組,兩組對(duì)比差異顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論全身麻醉患者應(yīng)用右美托咪定可以有效抗焦慮,起到鎮(zhèn)靜和鎮(zhèn)痛的治療效果,還能減輕患者應(yīng)激反應(yīng),使患者血液動(dòng)力得到穩(wěn)定。使用右美托咪定后減少了麻醉劑的用量,降低了寒顫的發(fā)生率和心肌缺血發(fā)生率,有效改善患者各種臨床癥狀,提高臨床治愈率,值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical application of right metoimidine in general anesthesia. Methods 70 cases of general anesthesia treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected as study objects. According to the general data of the patients, they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine anesthesia, and the patients in the observation group were treated with dexmetomidine. Results the mean arterial pressure and postoperative eye opening time in the observation group were better than those in the control group. The probability of chills in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the clinical effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion the use of dexmetomidine in patients with general anesthesia can be effective in anti-anxiety, sedation and analgesia, and can also reduce the stress response of the patients. After the use of dexmetidine, the dosage of anesthetic was reduced, the incidence of chills and myocardial ischemia was reduced, the clinical symptoms were improved and the clinical cure rate was increased. It is worth popularizing and applying.
