【摘要】：目的探索椎管內(nèi)麻醉教學(xué)的培訓(xùn)方法。方法選擇規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)麻醉住院醫(yī)師20名,隨機分成兩組(n=10):A組運用多媒體結(jié)合醫(yī)學(xué)模擬教學(xué),B組運用多媒體結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)教學(xué)。對兩組分別進行理論知識、操作技能和臨床綜合處理能力考核,評估教學(xué)效果。結(jié)果A組臨床操作技能成績優(yōu)于B組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);臨床綜合處理能力考核中,兩組在病史采集、醫(yī)患溝通、整體評價方面比較,A組成績均優(yōu)于B組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論多媒體教學(xué)復(fù)合醫(yī)學(xué)模擬教學(xué)能夠提高椎管內(nèi)麻醉的臨床操作技能和臨床綜合處理能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the training method of intraspinal anesthesia teaching. They were randomly divided into two groups: group A, using multimedia combined with medical simulation teaching and group B, using multimedia combined with traditional medical teaching. The theoretical knowledge, operational skills and clinical comprehensive treatment ability of the two groups were examined, respectively. Results the scores of clinical operation skills in group A were better than those in group B, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). In the assessment of clinical comprehensive treatment ability, the scores of group A were better than those of group B in the aspects of medical history collection, doctor-patient communication and overall evaluation. Conclusion Multi-media teaching combined with medical simulation teaching can improve the clinical operation skills and clinical comprehensive treatment ability of spinal canal anesthesia.
