【摘要】：目的評價異氟醚和七氟醚吸入麻醉對肺癌根治術(shù)患者血清E-選擇素(E-selectin)、內(nèi)皮細胞間黏附分子(ICAM)-1、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶(MMP)-2、MMP-9濃度變化的影響。方法擇期行肺癌根治術(shù)患者60例,年齡43~68歲,ASAⅠ或Ⅱ級。采用隨機數(shù)字表法,將患者隨機均分為兩組:異氟醚(I組)和七氟醚組(S組)。兩組患者氣管插管后吸入1.7%~2.3%異氟醚或2.5%~3.4%七氟醚,維持I組異氟醚呼氣末濃度為1.5~2.0 MAC、S組七氟醚呼氣末濃度維持在1.5~2.0 MAC至術(shù)畢。于麻醉誘導(dǎo)前5min(T0)、手術(shù)開始后1h(T1)、手術(shù)開始后2h(T2)和術(shù)后1h(T3)時采集靜脈血樣,酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法測定血清E-selectin、ICAM-1、MMP-2、MMP-9表達。結(jié)果與T0時比較,T1~T3時I組血清E-selectin、ICAM-1、MMP-2、MMP-9表達明顯增加(P0.05),T2、T3時S組血清E-selectin、ICAM-1、MMP-2、MMP-9表達明顯降低(P0.05)。T1~T3時S組血清E-selectin、ICAM-1、MMP-2、MMP-9表達明顯低于I組(P0.05)。結(jié)論七氟醚能抑制肺癌根治術(shù)患者血清E-selectin、ICAM-1、MMP-2、MMP-9的表達。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effects of inhalation anesthesia of isoflurane and sevoflurane on the changes of serum E-selectin, intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM-1) and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP-2MMP) 9 in patients with lung cancer undergoing radical resection of lung cancer. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: isoflurane group I) and sevoflurane group S, who inhaled 1.7% isoflurane or 2.5% sevoflurane after tracheal intubation. The end-expiratory concentration of isoflurane in group I was maintained at 1.5 ~ 2.0 MAC until the end of operation. Venous blood samples were collected 5 minutes before anesthesia induction, 1 hour after operation, 2 hours after operation and 1 hour after operation. Results compared with T0, the expression of MMP-9 in serum E-selectinus ICAM-1 and MMP-2MMP 9 in group I was significantly higher than that in group I. conclusion the expression of MMP-9 in serum of group S is significantly lower than that of group I. conclusion the expression of MMP-9 in serum of group S is significantly lower than that of group I. conclusion the expression of MMP-9 in group S is significantly lower than that in group I. conclusion the expression of MMP-9 in serum of group S is significantly lower than that of group I. conclusion the expression of MMP-9 in serum of group S is significantly lower than that of group I. conclusion the expression of MMP-9 in serum of group S is significantly lower than that of group I. conclusion the expression of MMP-9 in serum of group S is significantly lower than that of group I. conclusion the expression of MMP-9 in serum of group S is significantly lower than that of group I.
