【摘要】：目的探討小兒術(shù)后較深麻醉、淺麻醉下氣導(dǎo)管拔除的臨床效果。方法將本院2015年3月至2016年3月收治的40例患兒隨機(jī)分為對照組和觀察組。對照組患兒在淺麻醉狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行拔管,觀察組患兒在深麻醉狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行拔管,對比兩組患兒的臨床效果。結(jié)果相較于拔管之前,觀察組患兒拔管前后五分鐘內(nèi)血壓和心率變化不大,拔管后10~20 min后血壓和心率基本恢復(fù)到拔管之前水平,對照組患兒和拔管之前相比,拔管后5~10 min鐘血壓和心率均顯著上升,尤其是拔管時(shí)血壓和心率的上升速度最快,和觀察組相比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組患者氣管導(dǎo)管拔除后,對照組共有12例患兒出現(xiàn)了不良反應(yīng),發(fā)生率為60%,觀察組患兒共有3例出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng),發(fā)生率為15%,差異均具有顯著性(P0.05)。結(jié)論小兒術(shù)后在較深麻醉下拔除氣管導(dǎo)管對患兒產(chǎn)生的影響更小,拔除后出現(xiàn)的并發(fā)癥少,具有較高的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the deep anesthesia after operation in children, Methods from March 2015 to March 2016, 40 children in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group. Results compared with before extubation, the blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group had little change in five minutes before and after extubation. The blood pressure and heart rate returned to the level before extubation after 10 ~ 20 min after extubation. Compared with those before extubation, the blood pressure and heart rate increased significantly in the control group at 10 min after extubation, especially in the extubation. Compared with the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). After the tracheal catheter was removed, 12 children in the control group had adverse reactions, the incidence was 60, and 3 patients in the observation group had adverse reactions. The incidence rate was 15, the difference was significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the effect of extubation of trachea catheter under deep anesthesia in children after operation is less, the complications after extubation are less, and it has higher clinical application value.
