【摘要】：目的:觀察連蒲熏洗方對肛裂術(shù)后創(chuàng)面愈合影響的臨床療效。方法:選取2015年6月至2016年11月新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)中醫(yī)醫(yī)院肛腸科符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期肛裂,住院并行手術(shù)治療的患者,共60例。將納入病人隨機(jī)分為兩組,其中治療組用連蒲熏洗方坐浴,對照組用金玄痔科熏洗散坐浴,每組30例,兩組病人在年齡、性別、肛裂分期方面均無明顯差別,本研究具有可比性。年齡為18-55歲,排除患有高血壓、糖尿病、冠心病等疾病的患者,手術(shù)方式均為腰硬聯(lián)合麻醉。治療組患者從術(shù)后第1天摘除外包扎紗布后,予以連蒲熏洗方熏洗坐浴,對照組用金玄痔科熏洗散熏洗坐浴,觀察術(shù)后疼痛、水腫、肉芽以及臨床總療效,并記錄其相對應(yīng)分值。結(jié)果:納入本課題的試驗(yàn)組及對照組的患者術(shù)后以同樣的方式系統(tǒng)治療,術(shù)后第3、7天兩組疼痛、水腫評分比較P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,治療組優(yōu)于對照組,說明蓮蒲熏洗方在肛裂術(shù)后減輕疼痛、水腫方面較金玄痔科熏洗散優(yōu)。蓮蒲熏洗方在術(shù)后肉芽生長方面與金玄痔科熏洗散效果相當(dāng),P0.05,臨床總有效率分別為100%、100%,說明兩種治療方法都能有效的緩解傷口不適及促進(jìn)創(chuàng)面愈合,治療組和對照組患者均未出現(xiàn)創(chuàng)面瘙癢、疼痛加重、斑疹生成等過敏反應(yīng)。充分說明蓮蒲熏洗方在肛裂術(shù)后減輕疼痛、水腫方面較金玄痔科熏洗散優(yōu),實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組患者均未出現(xiàn)過敏反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:連蒲熏洗方對肛腸術(shù)后創(chuàng)面疼痛的患者起到有效的鎮(zhèn)痛,具有清熱解毒、消腫止痛、燥濕促愈的作用,在一定程度上減輕患者經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān),值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Lianpu fumigation formula on wound healing after anal fissure. Methods:. From June 2015 to November 2016, the anorectal department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region Chinese Medicine Hospital was selected to meet the inclusion criteria. A total of 60 patients with anal fissure were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group was treated with Lianpu fumigation and the control group was treated with Jinxuan hemorrhoids San, with 30 cases in each group. There was no significant difference in age, sex and anal fissure stage between the two groups. This study was comparable. The age was 18-55 years old, excluding patients with hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease and other diseases. The operation methods were all spinal-epidural anaesthesia. The patients in the treatment group were removed from the external dressing gauze on the first day after operation, and the patients in the treatment group were given the fumigation and sitting bath with the prescription of continuous fumigation, while in the control group, the pain was observed by using Jinxuan hemorrhoids fumigation powder fumigation and washing sitting bath. Results: the patients in the trial group and the control group were treated in the same way after operation. Edema score compared with P0.05, the difference was statistically significant, the treatment group is better than the control group, indicating that Lianpu fumigation washing prescription in anal fissure postoperative pain relief. The effect of Lianpu fumigation on granulation growth was similar to that of Jinxuan hemorrhoids by fumigation and washing, and the total clinical effective rate was 100%. These two methods can effectively relieve the discomfort of the wound and promote the wound healing. The patients in the treatment group and the control group did not appear the pruritus of the wound and the pain was aggravated. Fully explained that Lianpu fumigation washing prescription in anal fissure postoperative pain relief, edema than Jinxuan hemorrhoids fumigation washing powder. Conclusion: Lianpu fumigation formula has effective analgesic effect on patients with pain after anorectal operation, it has the effect of clearing heat and detoxification, reducing swelling and relieving pain, promoting healing by dryness and dampness. To a certain extent, to alleviate the economic burden of patients, it is worth promoting.
