【摘要】：目的觀察七氟醚吸入麻醉用于嬰幼兒電子胃鏡檢查的臨床效果。方法選取行電子胃鏡檢查的嬰幼兒60例,隨機分為觀察組和對照組各30例。對照組予全憑靜脈麻醉,觀察組予七氟醚吸入麻醉。觀察2組血流動力學、麻醉情況、住院時間及不良反應發(fā)生情況。結果 2組插管前至術畢MAP、Sp O2水平比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);2組插管后5min、15min及術畢時HR水平與插管前比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義,且觀察組插管后5min、15min時HR水平高于對照組(P0.05);觀察組睜眼、定向力恢復、出院時間均比對照組短(P0.01);觀察組不良反應發(fā)生率10.00%,低于對照組的33.33%(P0.05)。結論七氟醚吸入麻醉用于嬰幼兒電子胃鏡檢查效果優(yōu)異,對患兒血流動力學影響及不良反應均較小,易為患兒及其家屬接受,值得臨床推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia on electronic gastroscopy in infants. The control group was given total intravenous anesthesia, the observation group was given sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia, and the hemodynamics and anesthesia were observed. Results there was no significant difference in the level of MAPSpO2 between the two groups from the time of intubation to the end of operation (P 0.05). HR levels at 5 min after intubation and at the end of operation in both groups were significantly different from those before intubation, and 5 min after intubation in the observation group. The HR level at 15 min was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). In the observation group, the eyes opened, the directional force recovered, and the discharge time was shorter than that in the control group (P 0.01). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00, which was lower than that in the control group (33.33p 0.05). Conclusion the effect of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia on electronic gastroscopy is excellent. The hemodynamic effects and adverse reactions of the children were small and easy to be accepted by the children and their families, so it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
