【摘要】：本文旨在構(gòu)建智慧輸血信息管理系統(tǒng),探討其在減少同源異體輸血;降低輸血相關(guān)感染風險、減少輸血并發(fā)癥和避免輸血管理差錯等幾方面來促進和保障手術(shù)患者圍術(shù)期安全,提高圍術(shù)期血液管理水平的作用。通過連接、整合輸血信息管理系統(tǒng)與醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)、實驗室信息系統(tǒng)、手術(shù)和麻醉系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)相關(guān)信息共享;將圍術(shù)期患者術(shù)前用血評估與輸血預測、術(shù)中各種血液保護管理措施信息、術(shù)中取血與血液輸注管理、術(shù)后用血評價與病程記錄、輸血不良事件報告等環(huán)節(jié)要素串聯(lián)成一個環(huán)環(huán)相扣的工作流程,防止過程或要素遺漏,減少人為干預,使圍術(shù)期血液管理做到智能化、數(shù)字化和規(guī)范化。選取智慧輸血管理系統(tǒng)應用前后各1 000例手術(shù)病人,評價其在圍手術(shù)期血液管理中的作用。圍術(shù)期患者同源異體血輸注率明顯降低,自體輸血率大幅提升,不合理輸血率明顯降低,杜絕了輸血安全事故的發(fā)生,確保手術(shù)患者用血安全。智慧輸血信息管理系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建能有效提高手術(shù)輸血管理水平,促進和保障手術(shù)患者輸血安全。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to construct an intelligent blood transfusion information management system and to explore its role in reducing homologous blood transfusion. To reduce the risk of transfusion related infection, reduce the complications of blood transfusion and avoid the mistakes in blood transfusion management to promote and protect the perioperative safety of patients, improve the perioperative level of blood management. Integration of blood transfusion information management system with hospital information system, laboratory information system, surgery and anesthesia system, to achieve information sharing; Preoperative blood evaluation and blood transfusion prediction, intraoperative blood protection management information, intraoperative blood collection and blood transfusion management, postoperative blood use evaluation and course of disease were recorded. Blood transfusion adverse events report and other elements in series into a linked work flow, to prevent the process or elements missing, reduce human intervention, so that perioperative blood management to achieve intelligent. To evaluate the role of intelligent blood transfusion management system in perioperative blood management, 1 000 patients before and after operation were selected to evaluate their role in perioperative blood management. The rate of homologous blood transfusion was significantly decreased in perioperative patients. The rate of autologous blood transfusion was greatly increased, and the rate of unreasonable blood transfusion was obviously reduced, which put an end to the occurrence of safety accidents of blood transfusion. The construction of intelligent blood transfusion information management system can effectively improve the level of blood transfusion management and promote and guarantee the safety of blood transfusion.
