【摘要】：目的:探討術中喚醒麻醉中依托咪酯不同輸注方式對膠質(zhì)瘤功能區(qū)切除術患者血流動力學的影響。方法:選取需行喚醒實驗和膠質(zhì)瘤切除術的患者62例,將患者隨機分為靶控輸注組(A組)和持續(xù)靜脈輸注組(B組),每組31例。比較兩組患者術后喚醒質(zhì)量、喚醒時間、不良事件發(fā)生率以及術者和患者滿意度。結果:A組患者喚醒質(zhì)量為Ⅰ級和Ⅱ級的比例均顯著高于B組,喚醒質(zhì)量為Ⅲ級和Ⅳ級的比例則均顯著低于B組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。與B組比較,A組患者的喚醒時間縮短、不良事件發(fā)生率下降,術者及患者對術中喚醒實施過程的滿意度均升高,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:術中喚醒麻醉中依托咪酯靶控輸注較持續(xù)靜脈輸注可更有效地提高喚醒質(zhì)量、縮短喚醒時間、減少不良事件的發(fā)生并提高術者和患者的滿意度,值得臨床推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of different infusion modes of etomidate on hemodynamics in patients with glioma functional area resection during arousal anesthesia. Methods: 62 patients who needed arousal test and glioma resection were selected.
