【摘要】：目的探究對(duì)手術(shù)室非全身麻醉患者實(shí)施護(hù)理干預(yù)后對(duì)其負(fù)性情緒及舒適度的影響。方法 126例進(jìn)行手術(shù)的非全身麻醉患者,按隨機(jī)投擲法分為對(duì)照組和研究組,各63例。對(duì)照組行一般護(hù)理,研究組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上增加護(hù)理干預(yù)。探究?jī)山M患者的心理情緒及舒適度。結(jié)果護(hù)理后研究組簡(jiǎn)化舒適量表(GCQ)、焦慮自評(píng)量表(SAS)評(píng)分優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對(duì)手術(shù)室非全身麻醉患者實(shí)施護(hù)理干預(yù)后,明顯的降低了患者的負(fù)心情緒,提高了舒適程度,值得臨床普及與推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the influence of nursing intervention on the negative emotion and comfort of non-general anesthesia patients in operating room. Methods 126 patients with non-general anesthesia were operated on. According to the method of random throwing, the patients were divided into control group (63 cases) and study group (63 cases). The control group received general nursing. The study group added nursing intervention on the basis of the control group and explored the psychological mood and comfort of the patients in the two groups. Results the study group simplified comfort scale (GCQQ) after nursing. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.050.Conclusion after nursing intervention for patients with non-general anesthesia in operating room. It obviously reduces the negative emotion of the patients and improves the comfort degree. It is worth popularizing and popularizing.
