【摘要】：目的 :對比用不同濃度的羅哌卡因?qū)M(jìn)行婦科手術(shù)的患者實(shí)施麻醉的臨床效果。方法 :對近年來在我院進(jìn)行婦科手術(shù)的78例患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性研究。我們將這78例患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對照組,每組各有39例患者。在這兩組患者進(jìn)行手術(shù)時,我院使用濃度為0.5%的羅哌卡因?qū)τ^察組患者進(jìn)行麻醉,使用濃度為0.75%的羅哌卡因?qū)φ战M患者進(jìn)行麻醉,兩組患者羅哌卡因的用量和用法完全相同。手術(shù)結(jié)束后,比較兩組患者麻醉前、麻醉起效后、手術(shù)中、手術(shù)后的心率、舒張壓、收縮壓以及手術(shù)的用時、最高的感覺阻滯平面、麻醉畢至感覺阻滯起效的時間、麻醉畢至最高感覺阻滯平面固定的時間和麻醉畢至第一次硬膜外加藥的時間。結(jié)果 :觀察組患者麻醉起效后、手術(shù)中及手術(shù)后的心率、舒張壓和收縮壓均明顯優(yōu)于對照組患者,其手術(shù)的用時、麻醉畢至感覺阻滯起效的時間、麻醉畢至最高感覺阻滯平面固定的時間和麻醉畢至第一次硬膜外加藥的時間均明顯短于對照組患者,其最高的感覺阻滯平面明顯低于對照組患者,二者相比差異具有顯著性(P0.05)。結(jié)論 :與使用濃度為0.75%的羅哌卡因相比,用濃度為0.5%的羅哌卡因?qū)M(jìn)行婦科手術(shù)的患者實(shí)施麻醉其效果更好、安全性更高、起效時間更快。因此,使用濃度為0.5%的羅哌卡因進(jìn)行麻醉可作為進(jìn)行婦科手術(shù)的患者優(yōu)選的麻醉方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: the clinical effects of anesthesia for gynecological surgery patients with different concentrations of ropivacaine with contrast. Methods: the clinical data of 78 cases of gynecologic surgery in recent years in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The 78 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 39 patients in each group. In the two groups of patients undergoing surgery in our hospital, using concentration of 0.5% ropivacaine on patients in the observation group were anesthetized with concentration of 0.75% ropivacaine on the patients in the control group were anesthetized, dosage and usage of two groups of patients with exactly the same. After the surgery, compared two groups of patients before anesthesia, after the onset of anesthesia. During the operation, postoperative heart rate, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and operation time, the highest level of sensory block anesthesia, to complete sensory block onset time, anesthesia to complete the highest level of sensory block fixed The time to complete the first dosing and anesthesia epidural time. Conclusion: compared with the concentration of 0.75% ropivacaine, with 0.5% ropivacaine for gynecological surgery patients anesthesia and its effect is better, higher security, faster onset time. Therefore, using concentration of 0.5% ropivacaine anesthesia can be used as the preferred in patients with gynecological surgery. Method.
