【摘要】：目的探討PDCA循環(huán)管理在麻醉恢復(fù)期患者躁動(dòng)護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選擇2015年在南京中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院實(shí)施全身麻醉手術(shù)后轉(zhuǎn)入麻醉恢復(fù)室(PACU)的患者120例,將1-6月的60例患者作為對(duì)照組,7—12月的60例患者作為觀察組。對(duì)照組按照PACU常規(guī)進(jìn)行復(fù)蘇護(hù)理,觀察組在PACU常規(guī)護(hù)理基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用PDCA循環(huán)管理方法,通過計(jì)劃、實(shí)施、檢查和處理4個(gè)階段進(jìn)行躁動(dòng)管理,觀察兩組患者在麻醉恢復(fù)期出現(xiàn)躁動(dòng)情況及因躁動(dòng)引起的不良事件發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果觀察組的躁動(dòng)發(fā)生率顯著低于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組因躁動(dòng)引起的不良事件發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論實(shí)施PDCA循環(huán)管理能夠降低麻醉恢復(fù)期患者發(fā)生躁動(dòng)及不良事件情況,提高護(hù)理的安全性,有利于患者的康復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of PDCA circulation management on restless nursing care of patients in convalescent stage of anesthesia. Methods in 2015, general anesthesia operation was performed in the affiliated hospital of Nanjing University of traditional Chinese Medicine, and then transferred to the anesthesia recovery room (. There were 120 patients with PACU. 60 patients from January to June were taken as the control group and 60 patients from July to December as the observation group. The control group was treated with PACU routine resuscitation nursing. On the basis of routine nursing care of PACU, the observation group applied PDCA circulation management method, through planning, implementation, inspection and treatment of four stages of restlessness management. The restlessness and adverse events caused by restlessness were observed in the two groups during the recovery period of anesthesia. Results the incidence of restlessness in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The incidence of adverse events caused by restlessness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion the implementation of PDCA circulation management can reduce the restlessness and adverse events of patients in recovery stage of anesthesia and improve the safety of nursing care. It is good for the patient's recovery.
