【摘要】：目的探討老年股骨頸骨折手術(shù)患者實(shí)施腰麻聯(lián)合硬膜外麻醉的臨床效果。方法隨機(jī)選取上蔡協(xié)和醫(yī)院2012年11月至2015年1月期間收治的老年股骨頸骨折患者74例,按照麻醉方式的不同將其分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,對(duì)照組患者行全身麻醉,觀察組患者行腰麻聯(lián)合硬膜外麻醉,對(duì)兩組患者的麻醉效果及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果觀察組患者麻醉期間低血壓發(fā)生率明顯高于對(duì)照組,高血壓發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組患者術(shù)后VAS評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);觀察組患者并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論老年股骨頸骨折手術(shù)患者實(shí)施腰麻聯(lián)合硬膜外麻醉,能有效緩解疼痛,降低并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of lumbar anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods the femoral neck from Union Hospital of Shangcai from November 2012 to January 2015 during the period of fracture in 74 cases, according to the different methods of anesthesia will be divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group underwent general anesthesia, patients in the observation group for combined spinal epidural anesthesia, the anesthesia effect and complications of the two groups were analysed. Results in the observation group, the incidence of hypotension during anesthesia was significantly higher than the control group, the incidence of hypertension was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05); the VAS score of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P0.05); the complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P0.05). In patients undergoing spinal anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia results of femoral neck fractures in the elderly Drunk, can effectively relieve pain, reduce the incidence of complications, it is worth promoting.
