【摘要】：目的觀察一種皮膚消毒劑的殺菌效果和毒性。方法采用懸液定量殺菌試驗和動物毒性試驗,對該皮膚消毒劑的殺菌效果及安全性進行實驗室評價。結(jié)果該皮膚消毒劑原液對懸液內(nèi)的金黃色葡萄球菌和銅綠假單胞菌作用0.5 min、1 min、1.5 min,平均殺滅對數(shù)值均5;對白色念珠菌作用0.5 min、1 min、1.5 min,平均殺滅對數(shù)值均4;用該皮膚消毒劑的原液對30人次皮膚作用1 min,對皮膚自然菌的平均殺滅對數(shù)值為2.20(1.53~3.38)。該皮膚消毒劑的小鼠急性經(jīng)口毒性LD505 000 mg/(kg·bw),其原液對大白兔多次皮膚刺激試驗為無刺激性,對小鼠骨髓嗜多染紅細胞微核試驗結(jié)果陰性,對大白兔眼刺激試驗為微刺激性,對大白兔一次破損皮膚刺激試驗為無刺激性。結(jié)論該皮膚消毒劑對細菌繁殖體及真菌具有較好的殺滅效果,毒性低、刺激性小。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the bactericidal effect and toxicity of a skin disinfectant. Methods the germicidal efficacy and safety of the skin disinfectant were evaluated by suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test.
