【摘要】：目的了解深圳市集中空調(diào)公共場(chǎng)所從業(yè)人員的健康現(xiàn)狀。方法于2012年9—11月對(duì)深圳市20家集中空調(diào)公共場(chǎng)所953名從業(yè)人員(暴露組)進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和生物樣品采集,并選擇不使用集中空調(diào)、場(chǎng)所類(lèi)型與之相同的8家公共場(chǎng)所402名從業(yè)人員作為對(duì)照。檢測(cè)血清嗜肺軍團(tuán)菌1~7 Ig G抗體、免疫球蛋白(Ig G、Ig A、Ig M)。結(jié)果暴露組血清嗜肺軍團(tuán)菌1~7 Ig G抗體的陽(yáng)性率為10.29%(98/952)。與對(duì)照組相比,暴露組鼻塞、嗓子干癢、咳嗽及咯痰等呼吸癥狀,眼睛干燥、眼睛疼痛等眼部癥狀,皮膚干燥、發(fā)熱、關(guān)節(jié)酸痛、疲乏、嗜睡等癥狀的發(fā)生率較高(P0.05)。暴露組Ig G平均水平(12.51 g/L)低于對(duì)照組(12.92)g/L,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論本次調(diào)查的深圳市集中空調(diào)公共場(chǎng)所從業(yè)人員呼吸系統(tǒng)、眼部、皮膚等癥狀及免疫水平受到一定程度影響,其潛在健康危害值得關(guān)注。
