不同檢測方法對手術(shù)器械清洗質(zhì)量監(jiān)測的比較研究

【摘要】:目的采用不同檢測方法對經(jīng)復(fù)用處置的手術(shù)器械清洗質(zhì)量進行比較研究,為醫(yī)療機構(gòu)開展手術(shù)器械清洗質(zhì)量監(jiān)測提供現(xiàn)場快速檢測技術(shù)。方法 2012年5月-2013年6月對某綜合醫(yī)院的消毒供應(yīng)中心,采用殘留蛋白檢測和三磷酸腺苷(ATP)生物熒光法,對經(jīng)過自動清洗機清洗后的手術(shù)器械進行隨機抽檢,比較兩項檢測技術(shù)的陽性率;采用SPSS19.0軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計處理;計數(shù)資料用合格率進行統(tǒng)計描述,組間差異用χ2檢驗進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果采用殘留蛋白檢測組,抽檢各類手術(shù)器械共148件,陽性14件,陽性率為9.46%;ATP檢測組共抽檢144件器械,其中2 000相對光單位值(RLU)/件的器械有108件,占總監(jiān)測數(shù)的75.00%;2 000~4 000RLU/件,共有25件,占17.37%;≥5 000RLU/件,有11件,占7.63%;≥8 000RLU/件,僅為2件,占1.39%;ATP組如設(shè)定≥5 000RLU/件為陽性判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),則陽性率為7.63%;兩項技術(shù)檢測的陽性率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論殘留蛋白和ATP檢測技術(shù)均可用于手術(shù)器械清洗質(zhì)量的現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測,醫(yī)療機構(gòu)應(yīng)根據(jù)自身特點選擇監(jiān)測技術(shù),提高手術(shù)器械清洗質(zhì)量,保障高度危險物品的消毒與滅菌質(zhì)量。
