【摘要】：目的了解安寧市醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒質(zhì)量狀況,促進(jìn)消毒質(zhì)量的提高,切實(shí)有效控制醫(yī)院內(nèi)感染。方法對(duì)全市各級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的空氣、使用中消毒劑、醫(yī)務(wù)人員手、物體表面、無菌器械保存液和滅菌物品進(jìn)行采樣檢測(cè)細(xì)菌總數(shù),紫外線燈檢測(cè)輻射強(qiáng)度,壓力蒸汽滅菌器監(jiān)測(cè)滅菌效果。結(jié)果 3年共采樣689件,合格650件,總合格率94.34%;合格率最高是社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心/站(98.21%),最低是個(gè)體診所(89.57%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=7.942,P0.01)。結(jié)論安寧市各級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)隔離消毒工作總體情況良好,但是醫(yī)療隔離消毒工作是一項(xiàng)長(zhǎng)期性的工作,需要常抓不懈,才能切實(shí)有效地把醫(yī)院內(nèi)感染控制在最低水平,保障人民群眾的身體健康。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the quality of disinfection of medical institutions in Anning, to improve the quality of disinfection and to effectively control the infection in the hospital. Methods The total number of bacteria, the radiation intensity of the ultraviolet lamp and the sterilization effect of the pressure steam sterilizer were monitored by sampling the air, the disinfectant, the hand of the medical staff, the surface of the object, the storage liquid of the sterile device and the sterilized articles in the medical institutions at all levels in the city. Results In 3 years,689 pieces were sampled and 650 pieces were qualified. The total qualified rate was 94.34%. The highest rate was the community health service center/ station (98.21%), the lowest was the individual clinic (89.57%), and the difference was of statistical significance (Sup2 = 7.942, P0.01). Conclusion The overall situation of the isolation and disinfection of medical institutions at all levels of the city is good, but the work of medical isolation and disinfection is a long-term work, and it is necessary to keep the infection in the hospital at the lowest level in order to ensure the health of the people.
