【摘要】：正近些年來(lái)我國(guó)因透析引發(fā)的醫(yī)院感染事件時(shí)有發(fā)生,在社會(huì)上造成很大反響,血液透析室的消毒工作中存在的問(wèn)題不容忽視。1透析消毒的特點(diǎn)不同于醫(yī)院其他治療科室,透析消毒的主要特點(diǎn)一是涉及的設(shè)備復(fù)雜,普通消毒方法不適用;二是消毒工作量較大,程序繁雜;三是人群特殊,免疫力低下,對(duì)消毒質(zhì)量要求高;四是透析系統(tǒng)消毒劑處理
[Abstract]:In recent years, the hospital infection caused by dialysis has occurred from time to time in our country, which has caused great reaction in the society, and the problems existing in the disinfection work of the blood dialysis room can not be ignored. 1 the characteristics of dialysis disinfection are different from other treatment departments in the hospital, one of the main characteristics of dialysis disinfection is that the equipment involved is complex and the ordinary disinfection method is not applicable, the other is that the disinfection workload is large and the procedure is complicated. Third, the population is special, the immunity is low, the disinfection quality is required to be high, and the fourth is the disinfectant treatment of dialysis system.
