不同內(nèi)鏡洗滌劑對內(nèi)鏡管腔大腸桿菌生物膜清除力比較

【摘要】: 目的:比較三種含酶及非含酶洗滌劑對內(nèi)窺鏡管腔生物膜的清除效力。方法:大腸肝菌菌液持續(xù)灌流特富龍管10天形成生物膜結(jié)構(gòu)后以三種不同洗滌劑沖洗管腔,然后以環(huán)境掃描電鏡和和菌落計數(shù)兩種方法共同評價殘余生物膜。結(jié)果:三種不同內(nèi)鏡洗滌劑可在不同程度上對特富龍管壁上堆積的細(xì)菌生物膜產(chǎn)生瓦解作用,含酶洗滌劑Detergezyme和非含酶洗滌劑Intercept沖洗后的特富龍材料生物膜平均菌落數(shù)分別為(3.25±2.83)×10CFU/片和0,與空白對照組中以滅菌蒸餾水沖洗后的生物膜菌落數(shù)(3.40±2.23)×10~3CFU/片相比有顯著性差異(p<0.05),含酶洗滌劑Rapid multi-enzyme cleaner沖洗后的生物膜平均菌落計數(shù)與對照組相比無顯著性差異,電鏡觀察結(jié)果顯示Intercept和Detergezyme沖洗后的生物膜結(jié)構(gòu)稀少,而Rapid multi-enzyme cleaner組殘留較多生物膜結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)論:有酶或無酶不是評判內(nèi)鏡洗滌劑清洗效果好壞的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),臨床工作中內(nèi)鏡管腔的預(yù)清洗及選用合適的洗滌劑對于內(nèi)鏡的洗消工作非常重要。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the scavenging effect of three kinds of enzyme-containing and non-enzyme detergents on endoscope biofilm. Methods: after the biofilm structure was formed by continuous perfusion of coliform bacteria solution for 10 days, the biofilm was washed with three different detergents, and then the residual biofilm was evaluated by environmental scanning electron microscope (EEM) and colony counting. Results: three kinds of endoscopic detergents could disintegrate the bacterial biofilm accumulated on the wall of terflon tube to varying degrees. The average colony number of biofilm of terflon material washed with enzyme detergent Detergezyme and non-enzyme detergent Intercept was (3.25 鹵2.83) 脳 10CFU/ and 0, respectively. Compared with the blank control group, there was significant difference in the number of biofilm colonies after washing with sterilized distilled water (3.40 鹵2.23) 脳 10~3CFU/ tablets. There was no significant difference in the average colony count of biofilm after washing with enzyme detergent Rapid multi-enzyme cleaner compared with the control group. The results of electron microscope observation showed that the biofilm structure after washing with Intercept and Detergezyme was rare, while the residual biofilm structure in Rapid multi-enzyme cleaner group was more than that in control group. Conclusion: enzyme or no enzyme is not the standard to evaluate the cleaning effect of endoscopic detergent. In clinical work, the pre-cleaning of endoscopic cavity and the selection of appropriate detergent are very important for endoscopic cleaning.
