【摘要】：并殖吸蟲病是一種常見的人畜共患自然疫源性寄生蟲病。該病分布廣泛,對人體危害嚴重。人體感染并殖吸蟲病后,主要表現(xiàn)為胸痛、咳嗽、咳鐵銹色痰或游走性皮下結(jié)節(jié)等癥狀,腦型患者可以出現(xiàn)頭痛、嘔吐、癲癇甚至偏癱。目前并殖吸蟲病主要分布在亞洲、拉丁美洲和非洲的一些國家和地區(qū),估計世界上有二千萬人感染此病。我國有22個省、市、自治區(qū)查明有并殖吸蟲病的流行,受威脅人口約一億八千五百萬。 寧波市的地形地貌、氣候條件以及人群飲食習慣均適宜并殖吸蟲病的傳播流行,部分地區(qū)歷史上曾是并殖吸蟲病的自然疫源地。且近年來城市居民有發(fā)病增多趨勢,并殖吸蟲病的誤診誤治情況比較普遍。本研究通過收集2000～2004年寧波市疾病預防控制中心(疾控中心)寄生蟲病門診并殖吸蟲病病例資料,調(diào)查余姚、奉化、寧海和象山4縣(市)并殖吸蟲囊蚴在第二中間宿主溪蟹中的分布以及人群中并殖吸蟲的感染情況,以了解寧波市并殖吸蟲病的流行情況及其自然疫源地的分布,為并殖吸蟲病的臨床診治與預防干預措施的建立提供科學依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Paragonimiasis is a common zoonotic parasitic disease. The disease is widely distributed and has serious harm to the human body. After the infection of the human body and the paragonimiasis, the symptoms such as chest pain, cough, cough, rust, and subcutaneous nodule are mainly manifested, and the brain-type patients can have headache, vomiting, epilepsy and even hemiplegia. Paragonimiasis is currently mainly distributed in some countries and regions in Asia, Latin America and Africa, and it is estimated that 20 million people in the world are infected with the disease. China has 22 provinces, cities and autonomous regions to identify and threaten the prevalence of paragonimiasis, with a population of about one hundred and eighty-five million. The topography, climatic conditions and dietary habits of Ningbo are suitable for the spread of paragonimiasis, and some parts of the region have been in the history of Paragonimiasis.
