【摘要】： 妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是妊娠期首次發(fā)生或發(fā)現(xiàn)的糖代謝異常,是妊娠期最常見的產(chǎn)科并發(fā)癥之一。GDM是威脅人類健康的重大疾病,其持續(xù)增長的流行病學(xué)趨勢已構(gòu)成嚴(yán)重的公共衛(wèi)生問題,因此對GDM的早發(fā)現(xiàn)、早治療至關(guān)重要。 國外GDM篩查已普及,目前國內(nèi)大多數(shù)城市醫(yī)院已普遍開展了GDM篩查, GDM的檢出率不斷提高。在我市圍產(chǎn)保健多數(shù)由社區(qū)(戶口所在地)完成,由于社區(qū)的條件有限,工作人員對GDM的認(rèn)識不足,所以對GDM的重視程度還不夠;一些大醫(yī)院也沒有設(shè)置圍產(chǎn)保健科室,多數(shù)就診孕婦都是散在、有就診需求的;而我院圍產(chǎn)保健和產(chǎn)科一體,孕婦群比較固定,工作人員專業(yè),GDM的篩查工作系統(tǒng)、規(guī)范,大大降低圍生期母嬰各種并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生、改善了母嬰預(yù)后。加強(qiáng)孕前、孕期健康教育及圍產(chǎn)保健,做好GDM孕婦的管理和宣教,盡早進(jìn)行高危人群篩查,有利于隱性糖尿病發(fā)現(xiàn),對提高全社會人口素質(zhì)具有重大意義。 本研究通過對長春市汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)妊娠婦女的流行病學(xué)研究,掌握該區(qū)妊娠婦女妊娠期糖尿病的發(fā)病情況、分布特征及影響因素,為妊娠期糖尿病的防治提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is the first occurrence or discovery of abnormal glucose metabolism during pregnancy and is one of the most common obstetrical complications during pregnancy. GDM is a major disease threatening human health. Its increasing epidemiological trend has become a serious public health problem, so the early detection and treatment of GDM is very important. GDM screening has been widely used in foreign countries. At present, GDM screening has been widely carried out in most domestic urban hospitals, and the detection rate of GDM is constantly increasing. In our city, perinatal health care is mostly completed by the community (residence location). Due to the limited conditions of the community and the insufficient awareness of GDM, the attention to GDM is not enough. Some big hospitals also did not set up perinatal health care departments, most of the pregnant women are scattered, there is a need for medical treatment; The perinatal health care and obstetrics in our hospital, the group of pregnant women are relatively fixed, professional staff, GDM screening system, standardization, greatly reduce the occurrence of perinatal maternal and infant complications, improve the prognosis of the mother and infant. Strengthening the health education and perinatal health care during pregnancy, doing a good job in the management and education of GDM pregnant women and screening the high-risk population as soon as possible are conducive to the discovery of recessive diabetes mellitus, which is of great significance to the improvement of the quality of the population in the whole society. Through the epidemiological study of pregnant women in Changchun Automobile Industry Development Zone, the incidence, distribution characteristics and influencing factors of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) in pregnant women in this area were mastered, which provided theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM).
