智能型過氧化氫汽化滅菌消毒機(jī)相關(guān)性能研究

【摘要】:目的研究一種智能型過氧化氫汽化滅菌消毒機(jī)的相關(guān)性能,為實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)。方法采用載體定性殺菌試驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)該過氧化氫汽化消毒機(jī)模擬現(xiàn)場(chǎng)消毒效果及其影響因素進(jìn)行觀察。結(jié)果在噴液量為4 ml/m~3條件下,噴霧后作用60 min,室內(nèi)各位置染菌布片上的枯草桿菌黑色變種芽孢和嗜熱脂肪桿菌芽孢均無菌生長。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),不同噴液量、不同作用時(shí)間和不同大小的房間對(duì)殺菌效果有影響;固定式噴霧會(huì)影響距離噴霧點(diǎn)較遠(yuǎn)或隱蔽處殺菌效果,嗜熱脂肪桿菌芽孢較枯草桿菌黑色變種芽孢更容易殺滅。結(jié)論智能型過氧化氫汽化消毒機(jī)通過智能化操作可達(dá)到較好的消毒效果,選擇最佳操作參數(shù)可更好地保證消毒效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the related performance of an intelligent hydrogen peroxide vaporizing and sterilizing machine, and to provide scientific data for practical application. Methods the disinfection effect and influencing factors of the hydrogen peroxide vaporization sterilizer were observed by carrier qualitative germicidal test. Results under the condition of 4 ml/m~3 spray, the spores of Bacillus subtilis var. Niger and spores of A. thermophilus were aseptically grown after spraying for 60 min, on the spores of Bacillus subtilis var. nigra and B. thermophilus. The results showed that different amount of spray, different action time and different size of room had influence on germicidal efficacy. Fixed spray can affect the germicidal efficacy of distance from spray point or hidden place. Spores of Bacillus thermophilus are more easily killed than spores of Bacillus subtilis var. nigra. Conclusion the intelligent hydrogen peroxide vaporizing disinfector can achieve better disinfection effect through intelligent operation, and the best operation parameters can better ensure the disinfection effect.
