【摘要】：目的研究鄰苯二甲醛及其復(fù)方的消毒相關(guān)性能,選擇合適的組方原料。方法采用載體定量殺菌試驗和現(xiàn)場模擬試驗方法,對復(fù)配鄰苯二甲醛殺菌效果及其穩(wěn)定性進行觀察。結(jié)果用含鄰苯二甲醛4 800 mg/L水溶液作用1 min,對大腸桿菌和金黃葡萄球菌平均殺滅率為99.90%以上;以含5 969 mg/L鄰苯二甲醛對白色念珠菌作用1 min,平均殺滅率為99.90%以上;對枯草桿菌黑色變種芽孢作用120 min,平均殺滅率為100%。含5 969 mg/L鄰苯二甲醛對不銹鋼、碳鋼、銅、鋁和馬口鐵等金屬相容性好。于54℃儲存14 d,鄰苯二甲醛含量下降率為4.98%。結(jié)論本研究鄰苯二甲醛對細菌繁殖體、真菌和細菌芽孢均具有良好的殺滅活性,對金屬材料相容性好,性能穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the disinfection-related properties of phthalaldehyde and its compound, and to select suitable ingredients. Methods the germicidal efficacy and stability of compound phthalaldehyde were observed by carrier quantitative germicidal test and field simulation test. Results the average killing rate of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to 4 800 mg/L aqueous solution of phthalaldehyde for 1 min, was more than 99.90%. The average killing rate of Candida albicans and Bacillus subtilis var. Niger spores exposed to 5 969 mg/L phthalaldehyde and Bacillus subtilis var. Niger was 99.90% and 100% respectively at 1 min, and 120 min, after exposure to 5 969 mol / L phthalaldehyde and Bacillus subtilis var. nigra respectively. 5 969 mg/L phthalaldehyde has good compatibility with stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, aluminum and tinplate.
