[Abstract]:Objective to study the sub-health status and suicidal psychological behavior of freshmen and sophomores in Wenzhou by using (MSQA) and general questionnaire. To evaluate the applicability of MSQA and the scientific screening criteria of sub-health status, to understand the sub-health and suicidal psychological behavior of college students in Wenzhou area, to analyze the influencing factors of sub-health, and to explore the relationship between sub-health and suicide psychological behavior. In order to provide evidence-based evidence for the implementation of effective interventions in the future. Methods A survey of sub-health status and suicide psychological behavior of freshmen and sophomores was conducted in two colleges and universities in Wenzhou. The research objects were selected by cluster sampling and self-filling questionnaire was used for field investigation. The questionnaire contents were as follows: 1 demographic variables: gender, grade, residence of family, family economic condition, only child, family type, relationship with parents, parental education, parental discipline, parental expectation, personality, etc. Self-request, academic achievement, study burden, self-evaluation appearance, part-time situation, etc. 2 MSQA 3 suicide psychological behavior: suicide ideation, suicide plan, suicide preparation, suicide attempt. Statistical methods include 蠂 2 test and non-conditional Logistic regression analysis. Results A total of 894 freshmen and sophomores were investigated, including 281 boys (31.43%) and 613 girls (68.57%). The detection rate of physical sub-health was 15.1% (14.6% for boys and 15.3% for girls), 7.8% for mental subhealth (5.7% for boys and 8.8% for girls) and 9.4% for physical and mental sub-health (boys, 5.7% for boys and 8.8% for girls). 11.1% of girls). Suicide ideation reporting rate 9.06% (male 8.54%, female 9.30%), suicide plan reporting rate 1.90% (boys 1.78%, female 1.96%), suicide preparation reporting rate 1.01% (boys 2.49%), Girls 0.33%), attempted suicide reporting rate 0.45% (boys 1.07%, girls 0.16%). The risk of physical sub-health for non-only children was 0.640 of the only child (95% CI: 0.413 to 0.901). The risk of less physical sub-health in parental discipline was 1.758 times higher than that in higher control (95%CI: 1.038 / 2.979). The risk of mental sub-health in poor academic achievement was 2.531 times higher than that in good academic achievement (95%CI: 1.088 / 5.885). The risk of developing physical and mental sub-health in male was 0.461 higher than that in female (95%CI: 0.258 / 0.821). There was a correlation between sub-health and suicide psychological behavior: the risk of sub-health suicidal ideation was 2.17 times higher than that of physical health (95%CI: 1.10 / 4.30). The risk of mental sub-health suicide planning was 10.62 times higher than that of mental health (95%CI: 1.28 脳 88.46), and the risk of mental sub-health suicide preparation was 20.36 times higher than that of mental health (95%CI: 2.12 / 195.96). The Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach's 偽 coefficient and split-half coefficient of MSQA were 0.846, 0.914 and 0.922, respectively. The cumulative contribution rate of 14 common factors extracted by factor analysis was 61.57%. Taking 2.6, 8 symptoms as the screening criteria for sub-health status, the detection rate of physical and mental sub-health of college students was 9.4%, which was similar to the average level of the whole country. Conclusion MSQA has a high reliability and structural validity in this study, which is suitable for the sub-health status of college students in China. The general health status and suicide psychological behavior of college students in Wenzhou area are in the national average level. Only children, parents with little discipline, poor academic achievement and women are harmful factors to sub-health. There is a significant correlation between sub-health status and suicide psychological behavior, and the former may be an important risk factor for the latter. The sub-health and suicidal psychological behavior of college students should be paid close attention to. In order to better promote the physical and mental health of adolescents, effective intervention measures will be the focus of the next research.
