【摘要】：目的分析連云港市手足口病重癥病例流行病學(xué)特征,為手足口病重癥防制提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法應(yīng)用描述流行病學(xué)和Logistic回歸分析對(duì)2009-2012年連云港市手足口病重癥病例的流行特征及危險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果重癥病例男性多于女性,3歲占84.39%;散居兒童占92.48%;4-8月份為重癥發(fā)病高峰期;全市8個(gè)縣區(qū)均有重癥病例報(bào)告。重癥病例EV71陽(yáng)性占61.85%。結(jié)論手足口病為連云港市兒童常見(jiàn)病多發(fā)病,應(yīng)對(duì)3歲以下散居兒童家長(zhǎng)針對(duì)性地開(kāi)展宣傳教育;提高醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的早期診斷能力,同時(shí)早期監(jiān)測(cè)手足口病重癥危險(xiǎn)因素,降低病重率和死亡率。
[Abstract]:Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of the severe cases of hand-foot-mouth disease in Lianyungang city and provide the scientific basis for the severe control of hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods The epidemiological and logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the prevalence and risk factors of the severe cases of hand-foot-mouth disease in Lianyungang city from 2009 to 2012. Results In the severe cases, the male was more than the female, the 3-year-old accounted for 84. 39%, the Diaspora accounted for 92.48%, and in April-August was the peak of the severe disease, and there were serious case reports in the eight counties in the whole city. The positive rate of EV71 in severe cases was 61.85%. Conclusion The hand-foot-mouth disease is a common disease of children in Lianyungang City. It should carry out publicity and education to the parents of the three-year-old scattered children in a targeted way, improve the early diagnosis ability of the medical institution, and at the same time monitor the serious risk factors of hand-foot-mouth disease, and reduce the disease-weight rate and the mortality rate.
