【摘要】：目的研制乙醇消毒劑基體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)及其樣品均勻性檢驗(yàn)。方法用氣相色譜法和統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析方法,對(duì)制備的乙醇消毒劑基體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)和均勻性分析。結(jié)果所制備的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣品是由乙醇、水和丙三醇3種物質(zhì)組成的無(wú)色透明狀液體,乙醇按質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)計(jì)為70.00%。用氣相色譜法測(cè)定樣品含量,其測(cè)量結(jié)果的平均值為質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)70.70%,瓶間不均勻性導(dǎo)致的不確定度分量為0.22%。結(jié)論本研究確定的方案制備出的乙醇消毒劑基體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)含量準(zhǔn)確,均勻性好。
[Abstract]:Objective to prepare alcohol disinfectant matrix reference material and its sample homogeneity test. Methods Gas chromatography and statistical analysis were used to detect and analyze the matrix reference material of ethanol disinfectant. Results the standard sample was a colorless transparent liquid composed of ethanol, water and glycerol. The content of the sample was determined by gas chromatography. The average value of the measurement results was 70.70 and the uncertainty component caused by the inhomogeneity between bottles was 0.22. Conclusion the content of matrix reference material of ethanol disinfectant prepared by this method is accurate and uniform.
